Among the varied services we provide; Yard Operations Services are an important chunk to our full footprint.
We have a major (25 years+) nationwide client with a location within the greater Brownsburg market, and we're operating at this (global) retailer's facility.
The position to be filled serves as the on-site business and operations leader for this Yard Operation Services.
The successful candidate will be one with genuine direct business and operations leadership responsibilities and experience within the Transportation, Logistics, Warehouse and / or Distribution environments.
Actual class A CDL past experience is not an absolute requirement, but it is considered as an extremely valued asset for a candidate.
The incumbent will be fully engaged and supportive from start to finish; Recruiting / Selection / Safety & Operations Training / Continuous Oversight / Daily Direct Customer Interaction and relationship building / Equipment Care / Yard Management software program / Point of Contact for all customers at the location / Claims Investigation and Mitigation you must evolve quickly to be the trusted and well-earned position of Subject Matter Expert.
